Ensure items are in their original condition with tags attached, then place them in the original packaging or a secure mailer.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or store credit will be processed once inspected.
